The work

The right story in the right outlet changes how the market treats you: investors take the call, talent replies, and AI models gain another authoritative source to cite.

We pitch with angles journalists actually want, in the finance, tech, and crypto-beat publications that move markets, and we manage the whole arc from embargo to syndication.

What's included, in detail

01

Tier 1 media placements

We pitch the desks that decide your category: national business press, the FT/WSJ/Bloomberg tier when the story carries it, and the trade titles your buyers actually read.

Every pitch is written as a story a journalist would want, not a press release they have to rework.

And every placement is a durable, citable authority signal that keeps working long after the article drops.

02

Fundraising announcement PR

Your round is a market event, and we start treating it six to eight weeks out. You give us the size, the lead investor and the narrative you want attached. We build the announcement around it.

Together we decide who earns the exclusive, whether it buys a fuller story or a faster syndication tail, and everyone else is briefed under embargo with a set release time.

We write the release, the founder quotes and the investor statement. We agree in advance which questions from journalists you will answer and how. And we prepare a data or traction angle for the desks that will not run a financing without one.

On the day, coverage lands together across tiers. Then we work the second wave: round-up pieces, analysis of what the funding signals, podcast and commentary placements, and follow-up angles that keep your name in the feed for weeks.

The goal: the raise reads as momentum to investors, candidates and customers alike. And when someone asks an AI or a search engine about your company afterwards, the announcement is part of the record.

03

Product launch campaigns

Launches fail when the product is the story. So we start by finding the tension or shift that makes yours newsworthy: the behaviour change it rides on, the problem the market has been ignoring, the data that proves the gap.

Weeks out, we brief the analysts, newsletters and beat journalists who shape how a launch is framed. We prepare the proof they will ask for: benchmarks, customer results, adoption numbers, expert third parties willing to go on record.

We write the materials in the register each audience needs, from the technical brief for trade press to the plain-language story for business desks.

On launch day, coverage lands with the product live, the founder available, and answers ready for the predictable objections.

The story also breaks on social, in the places your buyers actually read. On X, we run the launch thread and founder commentary, and brief the accounts your market already follows. On Reddit, we work the relevant subreddits the compliant way: answering questions in launch-day threads, providing context where it is asked for, and making sure the product has a fair hearing in the comments where opinions are actually formed. More on Reddit visibility: Red Visibility, America's #1 Reddit Agency.

Then we defend the second wave, where most launches die. Follow-up data stories. Customer case studies placed as independent coverage. Founder commentary on the category. Briefings that convert the journalists who passed the first time.

We keep the campaign running until the launch has settled into durable search and AI visibility, not a one-day spike.

04

Finance & tech sector PR

Sectors with regulators, capital and jargon need people who speak them. We have covered and pitched finance, fintech and technology for years.

We know which claims journalists will check, which comparisons land, and how to translate a technical edge into a business story.

05

Crypto & web3 media coverage

Crypto and web3 need credibility outside the bubble. We place your story in mainstream and specialist outlets alike, with compliance-aware messaging that survives scrutiny.

The result: a noisy market becomes a reason to cover you rather than avoid you.

How the engagement works

  1. 01

    Find the story worth running

We start with the angle, not the outlet list. What tension, proof point or shift makes your company newsworthy right now? We pressure-test it against what the target desks have already run, so the pitch arrives as a story rather than an ask.

  2. 02

    Build the materials

We write the release, the founder quotes, the supporting data and the one-page background that makes a journalist's job easy. Everything is compliance-checked for your sector before a single email goes out.

  3. 03

    Pitch the desks that matter

We brief target journalists directly, off the back of years on the finance, tech and crypto beats, embargoes where they earn exclusivity, personal notes where they do not. You see every touch, and nothing is promised that we cannot place.

  4. 04

    Manage the arc and report

From day-one coverage to the syndication tail, we handle follow-ups, corrections and second-wave angles. You get a coverage report that tracks tier, sentiment and, because coverage now feeds AI answers, where each placement is being cited.

Questions we hear

Which outlets can you realistically place us in?

We only commit to what your story can earn. Before we start, we map the target desks for your sector and tell you honestly which tier is reachable with the news you have, and what kind of story, data or milestone would unlock the next tier up. We do not sell placements; we earn coverage, which is why it holds.

Do you write the press releases or work with ours?

Both. Many clients come to us with a release drafted internally; we rework it into something a journalist can use, sharper angle, quotable founders, evidence in the body. On fundraising and launch announcements we usually write from scratch and route every line through your approval before outreach.

Do we have to give an exclusive to announce our funding round?

No, but the choice shapes the outcome. An exclusive trades breadth for depth: one major outlet runs the full story with founder access, then syndication follows within hours. A wide embargo release reaches more desks at once but each piece is thinner. We recommend based on the round: size, lead investor profile, and which desk actually covers your category. We have run both successfully and will tell you honestly which one your story can carry.

How long until coverage appears?

For a dated announcement like a raise or a launch, coverage lands on announcement day by design, the preparation happens in the weeks before. For ongoing, non-announced PR, first placements typically appear within four to eight weeks as briefings convert. We set the timeline per campaign in writing.
